Accompanying the Grammy’s return to New York City comes the honor of the biggest icon to emerge from the Big Apple. At the 2018 Pre-grammy Gala Jay-Z will be presented with the Grammy Salute to Industry Icons Award.

Recently his 4:44 album shocked the world with it’s mature lyrics, and raw emotion behind love as a Black male. He has also Been the brains behind Rocawear, RocNation, RocNation Sports, and the Shawn Carter foundation which works to further education for those with socio-economic hardships.
