Update on Vagas shooting

Sunday night at the country music festival was the site of the deadliest mass shooting in American history. The Las Vegas shooting left 59 dead, and more than 520 people injured.

Gunnman, Stephen Paddock, took fire for 10-15 minutes VisualVegasfrom his Mandalay Bay suite on the 32nd floor to a crowd of approximately 22,000 concert goers. The 64 year old gunman was found dead in the hotel and casino; investigators are calling it suicide. In the room of the assailant, authorities found thousands of rounds of ammunition, at least 23 firearms, and 19 more at his home. At least 3 owners of guns stores in the Nevada and Utah area admitted to legally selling Paddock firearms that included firearms and shotguns.

Eric Paddock, brother to the gunman, revealed that Stephen Paddock was an accountant, and multimillionaire that invested in real estate. No financial troubles have been identified, nor a motive for this mass killing.

GF_VegasMarilou Danley, age 62, was in the Philippines when the shooting occurred. Paddock used her identification to gain access to the Mandalay Bay, as she has worked at the Atlantis Casino Resort & Spa as a hostess. However she is no longer being pursued as a suspect in this case.

Stephen Paddock recently converted to Islam. ISIS, the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria, has released a statement that Paddock was acting on their behalf, but no evidence to confirm this has been found.
