She ain’t gotta dance, she’s making money moves. Congrats to Cardi B for becoming the highest charting female since Nicki Minaj.
Cardi B is like that neighborhood friend that we’ve all watched blossom into a butterfly. Her success is so prominent because she took her talent from the strip clubs to Instagram, and now on the Billboard Hot 100 charts. The Bronx’s native released “Bodak Yellow” back in June and the buzz has now slowed down a bit. Celebrities like Kevin Hart and Blac Chyna were spotted rocking to it. Now “Bodak Yellow” is sitting pretty at #8 on the charts making it the highest charting track since Nicki Minaj’s “Anaconda.”
“Bodak Yellow” initially made its debut on the Billboard Hot 10 charts at #85 back in July. The track has easily become the song of the summer, so much that she is set to release an official Spanish version. We are ecstatic for all the continuous success that is coming her way.
