If you’ve seen Good Burger, then you know who Kenan Thompson is. He’s coming out with a kids sketch. When it comes to comedy, he’s got it all. He’s been on the cast of All That, and also Saturday Night Live. He now returns to Nickelodeon to give youngsters what he used to give my generation in our youth but from a different standpoint.
The show “Skoogle” will be based on the likes of Siri and Alexa where Kenan will play the voice of the title character whose purpose is to help kids solve their daily problems. “Skoogle” is aimed at children between the ages 2-11. The show reunites Kenan with some old cast mates. Josh Server will be co-producer on the sketch with Kenan as creator and executive producer. Former President of Nickelodeon Albie Hecht will be reteaming with Kenan. Hecht, now the Chief Content Officer of Pocketwatch said that while at Nickelodeon he marveled at how crafty Kenan is with simple everyday scenarios. I’m sure the reconnection will spark a great sketch. There’s not yet a debut date for the show
